Otto Jacobs Trust Scholarship Fund *Applications can be found in the guidance office*	Paulding County resident, letter of acceptance to college, financial aid information (SAR), and cost of college attending required. *This scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years.*	May 1, 2013 Return to Guidance Office
The Van Wert County Foundation *Applications can be found in the guidance office*	Students interested in obtaining a scholarship for their sophomore year of college must complete the application request form.	May 1, 2013
